AlgiPharma at Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD) Conference 2025, Boston, USA

AlgiPharma attended and presented at this year’s Partnership Opportunities in Drug Delivery (PODD) conference in Boston. Dr. Yngve Mikkelsen (CMO) had the opportunity to present AlgiPharma’s work on alginate oligosaccharides as a next-generation delivery platform for GLP-1 receptor agonists and beyond. Our data demonstrate how AlgiPharma’s technology enhances oral bioavailability and improves mucus translocation for biologics and lipid nanoparticles, opening new frontiers in drug delivery and therapeutic design.

A huge thank you to the organizers for another excellent and engaging event. It was great to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new collaborators across the biotech and pharma landscape and the energy around innovation in drug delivery is inspiring. Attendees from AlgiPharma: CEO, Yngvar Berg, CMO, Yngve Mikkelsen, and CSO, Dr. Philip Rye.
